Liu Xiang-Mei (Sylvia Chang) is a career woman who gets pregnant by her married boss. To give her child a family name, she enters into a one-year marriage contract with Bi Bao-Liang, whose fear of women makes him ideal for a temporary marriage. But Xiang-Mei's plan soon goes awry.
